How much does a container home cost?
Our prices start at $39,000 for a standard 20-ft tiny home and go up to $119,500 for an expandable 40-ft model. All prices are before taxes and delivery fees. Check our complete catalogue for all models and pricing.
Do prices include taxes?
No, all prices displayed on our website are before taxes (GST/QST not included). Applicable taxes will be specified on your formal quote.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 30% deposit of the sale price (before taxes and transport) is required upon contract signing. The remaining 70% is due before shipment or at delivery per agreed terms.

Do you deliver across Canada?
Yes, we deliver across Canada — from Quebec to British Columbia, including all Maritime provinces. For territories (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut), additional lead times and costs apply.
How much does delivery cost?
Transport fees are to be determined based on destination, unit type and site accessibility. Contact us with your complete address and we will provide a free, no-obligation transport quote.
What equipment is needed for installation?
Most of our units require a mobile crane or knuckle boom truck for positioning. This equipment is the client's responsibility and is not included in the sale price or transport.
What are the delivery lead times?
For in-stock units, 3 to 6 weeks after ordering. For custom-order units, 8 to 16 weeks depending on configuration. These are estimates and may vary.
🏗️ Installation & Site Preparation
What type of foundation is required?
Depending on your terrain, we recommend concrete pads, helical piles or a concrete slab. The foundation must be level and in place before delivery. We provide the required technical specifications.
Is a building permit required?
Requirements vary by municipality and province. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits. We provide technical documentation to support your permit applications.
How do you connect water and sewage?
Our units are delivered with plumbing ready for connection. Simply connect to municipal services or your septic system. Connect water and sewage, and your unit is ready to use.
🔧 Products & Warranty
What warranty is offered?
We offer a 10-year limited degressive warranty on the structural shell only (steel structure, exterior walls, roof, structural floor). It does not cover plumbing, electrical, appliances, furniture or interior finishes.
Are units suited for Canadian winters?
Absolutely. Our units are designed for Canadian climatic conditions with Urethane insulation, 65mm fire-rated panels and thermal break windows.
Can colours and finishes be customized?
Yes, we offer several exterior colour options. Interior finishes can also be customized. Contact us to discuss your options.

Can sanitation units be used permanently?
Absolutely. Our sanitation units are designed for permanent installation connected to running water and sewage, ideal for campgrounds and recreational sites.
Can you build a site trailer or office?
Yes, we also manufacture site trailers and offices from maritime containers, fully customizable to your needs. Contact us for a custom quote.
